Subject of the course content: Introduction, main goals and tasks of the project analysis. Technical, environmental and ethical aspects of the projects. Methodology, mathematical techniques and models of project analysis. Project management software tools. Project planning and control. Analysis of the basic project parameters. Methods for projects schedule evaluation and control (CPM. PERT, PDM). Project costs analysis. Economical and financial aspects of the projects. Time value of the money. Independent and mutually conditioned projects. Methods for projects evaluation and selection. Project resources planning and scheduling. Uncertainty and sensitivity in project analysis. Business scenario analysis. The work breakdown structure and project estimations. Prediction and trend analysis. Post project review and learning from the past projects. Analysis of the practical study cases.
