STUDY PROGRAM: 06 – Automation, Robotics and System Engineering (06-ARSI)

Duration: 1 year

ECTS points: 60 ECTS

Degree: Master of Sciences in Automation, Robotics and System Engineering

Production of highly educated specialists capable of leading the technological and economical development of out society is one of the main objectives of the master’s studies in automation, robotics and system engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje. The programme offers indepth study and knowledge of control systems design related to flow of matter, energy and information; research, development and implementation of methods for information processing and data acquisition in the control systems; research, development and implementation of methods for the system analysis, the system design and the system optimization; development, design and implementation of hardware and software for computer control of systems; research, development and design of control algorithms for robots and robotized systems in industry, services and households. Its prospective students are future control engineers, designers of modern and advanced complex control systems, planners and managers   interested in the contemporary and new computer system engineering approaches, anyone with proper former education striving towards higher, more sophisticated automation in their firms leading to higher production, better quality of production and greater profits.   

The graduated students in automation, robotics and system engineering master’s programme will be able to apply their knowledge to various technical fields, medicine and management as well, to design and implement intelligent systems and web based applications, to  develop new and improve the existing applications of modeling, simulation, control of systems and processes, to apply the techniques of machine learning, artificial intelligence, robotics and language recognition, to take part in different multidisciplinary fields.
